Definitions and policies
What counts as a “page”
One article on the English Wikipedia at launch. If your page is renamed or moved, monitoring follows the page under its new title — the rename does not consume an extra slot. A page you monitor stays monitored if it is deleted: we keep watching for its recreation through the end of your paid term. English Wikipedia only; other languages and Wikimedia projects are not monitored at launch.
Billing, renewal, cancellation
Both plans are billed annually. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; monitoring stays active through the term you already paid for. Refund policy: payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Recipients
Each monitored page can send alerts to its own list of recipients — for example, you and your counsel on one page; you, comms, and the CEO’s office on another. Recipients can choose immediate alerts or a daily digest.
Fair use
A handful of Wikipedia pages change hundreds of times a day. These are priced into the plans rather than throttled silently, but sustained abnormal use — for example, monitoring for bulk resale — is limited; see the Acceptable Use policy.
Supported scope
English Wikipedia only at launch. Non-English URLs are rejected at signup with a clear explanation.
